• Cutoff date: May 19, 2024 or until room block is full.

• Hotel Room Reservation Policy: Credit cards are needed to guarantee the room reservation.

• Credit cards are not charged until the day of check-in.

• Cancellation Policy: 48 hours before arrival, if not canceled or is a no-show the hotel will charge one night to the credit card on file.
